SYSTEMS WARRANTY:

THREE (3)-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on system components and labor from original invoice date (system components are defined as all major components inside the case). AllPcZone will replace or repair any system component for a period of 3 years from the invoice date. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, AllPcZone reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part, or offer an upgrade option.

Physically damaged hardware by the end user is not covered under this warranty.

Customers that buy systems from AllPcZone are also entitled for free technical support as long as they own the system

Support:
Support service begins upon the customer’s receipt of the system. Support service covers only those products purchased from and installed by Allpczone that are shipped and used within the United States. The Help Desk technician will provide hardware and basic Operating System software support to resolve operational conflicts only. Neither telephone technical support nor on-site service includes software training or support (beyond initial installation) or hardware upgrades.

Repairs:
Depot Repair service consists of the following: the customer shall ship the system to be repaired to Allpczone and Allpczone will ship it back to the customer. If the customer’s warranty includes on-site service and it is deemed necessary and feasible by Allpczone's Help Desk, Allpczone will ship the customer the part(s) needed to repair the system and arrange for a Allpczone's field service engineer to correct the problem. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify the Warranty Department once the part(s) has been received by the customer. The original part(s) which were repaired or replaced must be received back at Allpczone designated location within 14 days or the customer will be charged for the part(s). Failure to return said part(s) within this time frame grants Allpczone permission to charge the customer the prevailing retail price of the part(s). In any area where on-site service is not available or if it is not included in the terms of the warranty purchased, an RMA number will be given to the customer and the system will be recalled for repair. The RMA number expires 14 days after it is issued and must be written on two or more sides of the outside of the shipping packaging. During the second and third years of 3 year limited system warranty customer will need to pay for the return shipping. If a system is recalled for repair and it is discovered that the problem was caused by the user, software, change of configuration, or any modification of the product, Allpczone reserves the right to charge fees for labor (minimum one hour).

Due to the complex nature of some computer problems, some system failures cannot be diagnosed by telephone and require the product be returned to Allpczone's facility for further diagnosis and repairs. Under no circumstance can Allpczone dispatch a field technician for on-site diagnosis prior to a repair.

If a problem cannot be repaired on site for any reason, including when the problem requires additional diagnosis before component failure can be determined, arrangements will be made to ship the system back to Allpczone for repair. Prior written authorization is required or the package will be refused and shipped back at the customer’s expense. Allpczone will pay normal ground shipping fees for RMAs (returned merchandise authorization) issued during the first 30 days from the customer’s receipt of the system. Allpczone will pay for ground shipping to Allpczone's designated repair center and for return back to the customer at the original shipping address only. For RMAs issued after the first 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping charges and shipping insurance to Allpczone facilities. Allpczone will pay for return ground shipping charges back to the customer during the first year of the warranty period, customer will be charged for return shipping during the second and third year of extended 3 years warranty. If the customer requests faster service, the customer will be charged for the difference in the shipping costs at the time the return authorization is originated. When shipping an entire computer system to Allpczone, the customer must use the original box and packing materials to ensure its safety. If the customer does not have the original shipping container, new packing must be purchased from Allpczone prior to the return of the computer. Allpczone is not responsible for damage to systems in transit.

 

 AllpcZone computer systems are backed by a 30 - Day Money Back Guarantee. All original boxes and Cd/Diskettes must be in their original shipping condition,  Parts can be returned for a full refund within the first 30 days (shipping & handling fees are non-refundable). Due to a high level of customization of Allpczone custom build systems, they can be returned for a refund with a 20% restocking fee within the first 30 day period. All cancelled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee as well. A restocking fee will be charged on all custom build systems without exceptions. Items such as: Monitors, Printers, Scanners, Keyboards, Mice, Digital Cameras, Speakers must be serviced through their respected manufacturers. Once opened they can't be returned for a refund. Software that has been opened or registered is non-returnable.

The original shipping and handling charge is NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be allowed after the provisional period of thirty (30) days from the date on the invoice.

 NOTES:

 Be advised that packages sent by USPS (United Sates Postal Service) cannot be accurately tracked to ensure timely delivery, carries such as DHL/UPS/Fed-Ex have excellent tracking systems provided and the cost is pretty much the same as USPS, for systems it is actually cheaper most of the time to ship by one of those carriers.

 

ADVANCED  REPLACEMENT

Advanced Replacements (Cross-Shipping) is available to our customers however must be secured by a credit card  payment.

 

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE AND DISCREPANCY

If there is a discrepancy between items received and items ordered from AllpcZone, including missing, incorrect or damaged items the customer is responsible for contacting our customer service department at 866-810-3808 within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the item(s) in question, after the 7 day period all responsibility transfers to the customer, without exceptions. Customer agrees to pay for all damaged parts after the 7 day provisional period from the receipt of the product. AllpcZone is not responsible for shipping damage that occurs when customer ships a product back to AllpcZone. Allpczone will take responsibility when we ship a product to a customer and shipping damage occurs, however please be advised that AllpcZone is not the shipping company and therefore will not cover any returned shipping costs involved. If shipping damage occurs please contact our customer service department to file a Shipping Claim and get the damaged hardware replaced.

 NOTES:

1.    For your protection please purchase some shipping insurance from your carrier to cover potential shipping damage or loss when shipping back to AllpcZone

2.   Any damage caused to the components during return shipping to Allpczone due to inadequate packing will be customers responsibility.

3.   All custom build systems that are being shipped back to AllpcZone for replacements, refunds or repairs must be DOUBLE BOXED, please make sure that the package is secured as shipping companies/carriers do not pay insurance claims if the package was inadequately packed.

4.  Please avoid the use of soft packages or padded mail envelopes, as this is not adequate protection for your components.

Parts Warranty (This part of the disclaimer only applies for customers that purchase parts from Allpczone)

Every retail part or hard drive that ComputerLx.com® carries has a full manufacturer's warranty. If your retail part is defective within 30 days from the date of the original invoice, you will receive a replacement part from ComputerLx.com® If your retail part should fail after 30 days of the original invoice date, your manufacturer's warranty is in effect and the product can be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts, except for processors, have a full one-year ComputerLx.com® warranty. If your oem part is defective within one year from the date of the original invoice, you will receive a replacement part from ComputerLx.com® If a replacement oem part is no longer available or is discontinued, ComputerLx.com® reserves the right to substitute the oem product for an equivalent part or offer an upgrade option. OEM processors carry a 30-day ComputerLx.com® warranty only. ComputerLx.com® is in no way responsible for the incompatibility, assembly of and / or integration of kits, barebone systems and / or parts purchased from ComputerLx.com® with other components not purchased from ComputerLx.com®. If parts returned as defective to ComputerLx.com® for replacement or refund are tested by ComputerLx.com® technicians and found to be in correct working order, customers are subject to a $35.00 diagnostic fee, in addition to any shipping and handling charges incurred by ComputerLx.com®, at ComputerLx.com®'s discretion. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee may be applied to such parts claimed to be defective and returned for refund.
